Ibex Komodo & The Fyah Roots Band is a dynamic and passionate reggae band from the Netherlands. Based in the vibrant music scene of Rotterdam, the band delivers a powerful blend of roots reggae and energetic dancehall, creating an authentic sound backed by an unforgettable live performance.

The musical journey of frontman Ibex Komodo began behind the keyboard. As an accomplished keyboard player, he toured internationally with renowned Jamaican artists including Fantan Mojah, Eek-A-Mouse, Gyptian, U-Roy, Turbulance, Lutan Fyah and Jah Cure. Inspired by these experiences, he founded The Fyah Roots Band in 2019 to bring his own musical vision to life.

Known for their tight musicianship, infectious grooves and uncompromising dedication to quality, the band has built a reputation for delivering high-energy performances with a genuine reggae spirit.
